Adel Abidin is a video, installation and photography artist. His multi-media practice explores the complex relationships between culture, politics, and identity. Using a sharp palette of irony and humor, Abidin gravitates towards social situations dealing with elusive experiences and cultural alienation.

An immigrant living in Finland is constantly being approached as an outsider by the Finns, thus reinforcing his own “other” identity. Crazy days is a collection of impressions this man has gathered during his time in Finland and a visual documentation of his associations.
